(Sharecast News) - Specialty metals producer Wolf Minerals announced on Monday that, further to its updates on 30 July and 1 August, all of the conditions precedent to the standstill arrangements and amended and restated agreements with its existing senior lenders and Resource Capital Fund VI had been satisfied.
