- Managing Director Humphrey Hale resigns- Russell St. John Clark succeeds HaleWolf Minerals Managing Director Humphrey Hale on Wednesday stepped down from his role.Russell St. John Clark will succeed Hale as the new Managing Director and will start with immediate effect. Hale will continue to work with the company in a consultancy capacity for a period of three months to ensure an efficient hand-over and transition.Clark has more than 35 years of experience in the industry and was previously Managing Director of Grange Resources, Australia's largest magnetite producer.
