Mondi, the FTSE 100 paper and packaging company, has completed its acquisition of the industrial bags and kraft paper business of Graphic Packaging International. The group paid a consideration of $105m on a debt and cash free basis. Shares in the company had risen 0.47% to 1,067p by 08:26. NR
