Mondi acquires kraft paper business

Mondi, the FTSE 100 paper and packaging company, has completed its acquisition of the industrial bags and kraft paper business of Graphic Packaging International.The group paid a consideration of $105m on a debt and cash free basis. Shares in the company had risen 0.47% to 1,067p by 08:26. NR
