Univision inks fourth supplementary agreement to MTR contract

(Sharecast News) - CCTV group Univision has signed a fourth supplementary agreement to its contract with the MTR Corporation in Hong Kong.
Univision said on Wednesday that the supplementary agreement, which was for modifying design and installation method of CCTV cameras, has an agreed contract value of HK $11.2m (£1.06m), with the modification works set to be completed by 29 July 2024.
The AIM-listed group now expects that work on the contract, together with the four supplementary agreements added to date, was now unlikely to complete in full until July 2024 rather than the originally scheduled date of November 2023.
Univision's new contract award follows closely behind a third supplementary agreement, announced as a contract win on 1 September.
As of 1420 GMT, Univision shares were up 14.29% at 1.20p.
