(Sharecast News) - Nigeria and West Africa-focussed oil and gas exploration and production company Lekoil updated the market on its operations on Friday, reporting that at Otakikpo, oil production in November totalled 4,118 barrels of oil per day gross, and 1,647 barrels per day net to the company.
The AIM-traded firm said production in November was impacted by well production control to arrest developing water, and the shut-in of several conduits to prevent tank tops.

"[There is] ongoing technical work for the drilling of two additional production wells, namely finalising the logging programme and perforation depths and the initiation of detailed well planning," the Lekoil said in its statement.

"[There is] no material progress or update on the financing required to drill additional production wells."

At Ogo, the company the tripartite agreement to procure the wellhead and mudline system had now been executed, with a purchase order issued.

Lekoil said there were no material updates to OPL 325 and OPL 276.
