Foreign & Colonial Investment Buys 195,000 Shares To Cancel

LONDON (Dow Jones)--Foreign & Colonial Investment Trust PLC (FRCL.LN), said Wednesday that it purchased for cancellation 195,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each at a price of 270.626 pence per share. MAIN FACTS: -Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is now 615,205,016.
