EU OKs Eurovia To Acquire Tarmac Quarries In Four Countries

BRUSSELS (Dow Jones)--The European Commission Friday cleared Eurovia, a unit of French concessions and construction company Vinci SA (DG.FR), to purchase the construction aggregates businesses of Tarmac, a subsidiary of mining group Anglo American PLC (AAL.LN), in Germany, France, Poland, and the Czech Republic.
