3i Infra completes stake purchase in Wireless Infrastructure Group

(ShareCast News) - 3i Infrastructure said it had completed the acquisition of a 36% economic interest in Wireless Infrastructure Group, following clearance from the European Commission under the EU Merger Regulation.3i Infrastructure has invested £75m to acquire its interest. The transaction was announced on 7 April 2016.
