CIG still interested in Centaur

Media sector consolidator Critical Information Group (CIG) said it is still interested in Centaur and is 'actively considering its options'. CIG, a company formed to acquire and consolidate media companies, made an approach to Centaur on 17 September which was subsequently rejected by the board.
