Transaction in Own Shares

 

Kainos Group PLC ("the "Company") announces it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each through Investec Bank plc. 

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.

 

The table below contains detailed information about the purchases made as part of the buyback programme which was announced by the Company in its Interim Results announcement on 10th November 2025 and took effect on 19th November 2025 (the "Programme") in the period from 7th April 2026 to 10th April 2026.
