The Company hereby announces the number of shares for determining the semi-annual restriction in respect of the September 2026 tender:

Sterling Shares 155,537,069

Euro Shares 82,970,790

This announcement should be read in conjunction with the Company's AGM circular dated 10 April 2026 and approved at the Company's AGM on 28 April 2026.

All other terms defined in the Company's prospectus dated 29 March 2019 have the same meaning in this announcement unless otherwise defined.
