POSTING OF ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ("AGM")

The Company announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2026 are available on the Company's website at https://www.rockwoodstrategic.co.uk/.

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts (including the Notice of AGM) have been posted to shareholders who have requested them. The Company's AGM will be held at the offices of offices of Shoosmiths, 1 Bow Churchyard, London EC4M 9DQ at 11.00am on 28 July 2026.

A copy of the Annual Financial Report 2026 will be uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for viewing at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
