Notice of Results and Presentations

MHA (AIM: MHA), a leading professional services provider of audit and assurance, tax, accountancy and advisory services, will announce its final results for the year ended 31 March 2026 ("FY26") on Tuesday 21 July 2026.

Analyst Presentation

Rakesh Shaunak, Chief Executive Officer, and Steve Moore, Chief Financial Officer, will host an in-person analyst presentation at 9:30 a.m. on the day. Any analyst wishing to attend is invited to register by emailing [email protected].

Investor Presentation

The management team will also be hosting a live investor presentation on 21 July at 4pm via the Engage Investor platform.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event or at any time during the live presentation.
