The Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") of the Company will be held at Les Echelons Court, Les Echelons, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 1AR, Channel Islands on Tuesday, 28 October 2025 at 9.30 a.m.

A copy of the notice of AGM is being posted out to shareholders today and will shortly be available from the Company's website at www.achillesic.com.

Shareholders may vote via the CREST proxy voting system, via paper forms of proxy or in person, and are encouraged to register their votes on all the resolutions contained in the notice of AGM, in accordance with the notes set out therein, as early as possible.
