On 12 November 2025, 3i Infrastructure plc (the "Company") was notified that on 12 November 2025 Lisa Gordon, a Director and person discharging managerial responsibilities, acquired 10,000 ordinary shares (ISIN: JE00BF5FX167) in the Company at a price of 367.4p per share.
The place of the above transaction was the London Stock Exchange.
