Directorate Change

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11R, Octagon Healthcare Funding plc confirms the following directorate changes to the Board of Directors of Octagon Healthcare Funding plc, effective 1 April 2026.

Louis Javier Falero has stepped down from his role as a director of the Company.

Neil Rae has been appointed as a director of the Company. In accordance with the Company's Articles of Association, Mr Rae has appointed Gary Nelson Robert Honeyman Brown to act as his alternate director, and the Company has received the relevant notice of appointment.

In addition, Sheila Jamieson Clark has stepped down from her role as alternate director to David John Brooking (on behalf of Innisfree Nominees Limited). Benjamin Christopher Jacob Dean has been appointed as alternate director to Mr Brooking (on behalf of Innisfree Nominees Limited).
