The Annual Report and Accounts 2025 and the 2026 Notice of AGM are also available to view on the Videndum website at www.videndum.com.
In compliance with Listing Rule 6.2.10 copies of the above documents have been submitted to the FCA and will in due course be available for inspection from the National Storage Mechanism.
The Company's AGM will be held at 14:00 on Tuesday 19 May 2026 at Regal House, 70 London Road, Twickenham, London, TW1 3QS.
