(Sharecast News) - Specialist cosmetics supplier Warpaint London has renewed its lease at New Moorcroft House in Silsden, West Yorkshire, it announced on Friday, through to March 2028.

The AIM-traded firm said New Moorcroft House formed part of the Silsden site used by its Retra business, which includes the Technic, Body Collection and Man'stuff brands, and comprises offices and warehouse space.

It said a new lease agreement was entered into between its subsidiary Badgequo, and Warpaint Cosmetics Limited - a private company, which is not part of the group, being the owner and landlord.

The deal was at an annual rent of £185,107, plus property and rent insurance expenses, with an expiry date of 11 March 2028.

"The previous lease over New Moorcroft House, which was in effect when the group acquired Retra Holdings in 2017, expired on 31 January 2022, and the New Moorcroft House lease agreement is with effect from 1 February 2022," the board said in its statement.

At 1122 BST, shares in Warpaint London were up 0.59% at 133.28p.
