Vodafone to sell Malta business to Monaco Telecom for €250m

(Sharecast News) - Vodafone said on Thursday that it has agreed to sell its Maltese business to Monaco Telecom for €250m (£212m).
Following completion, the business will continue to operate under the Vodafone brand for a transitional period.
The deal is conditional upon regulatory approval from the Malta Communications Authority, with completion expected in the first quarter of next year.
