Vodafone: Resolution 2 To Re-Elect Bond As Chairman Approved

LONDON (Dow Jones)--Vodafone Group Plc (VOD.LN), a mobile telecommunications company announced Tuesday that at its Annual General Meeting all 24 resolutions were approved, including resolutions 2 and 3 to re-elect John Budd and John Buchanan as Chairman and Deputy Chairman respectively.
