Vodafone buys Turkey's Borusan Telekom

Vodafone has agreed to buy Borusan Telekom, an enterprise focused provider of fixed voice and data services in Turkey. The mobile phone giant did not comment on the financial details of the deal.As at 31 December 2008, Borusan Telekom had gross assets of $18m and for the year ended 31 December 2008, net revenues of $70m.
