Unilever In Talks To Sell Findus Italy To Birds Eye Iglo - Report

DOW JONES NEWSWIRES Birds Eye Iglo is expected to buy the Unilever's (UN, ULVR.LN) Italian frozen food business, The Financial Times reports on its website Sunday. According to the report, the total value of the deal will surpass EUR800 million. The FT said the deal for Findus Italy was still to be signed as of Sunday evening, citing "people familiar with the deal."
