Travel group Thomas Cook has announced that there will be a change in the composition of its board. Peter Marks, who has served the company for two and a half years, has decided to retire as a non-Executive director of the board effective after the general meeting which will be held in February 2014.Marks was also the Chair of the Health, Safety & Environmental Committee of the board. Emre Berkin, another non-Executive director of the board, will be Mark's successor as the chair of that committee from that date.Fank Meysman, chairman said: "I would like to thank Peter for his support and contribution as a Board member and as Chair of the Health, Safety & Environmental Committee.
