Gaming company Sportech announced its joint venture with NYX Gaming Group SNG Interactive has entered into an agreement to provide an online gaming platform to Atlantic city-based Resorts Casino hotel.The game, which is expected to be ready for launch in 2015, will allow players to play a range of online casino games provided by SNG, including roulette, blackjack and slots. The FTSE-small cap listed firm will invest $2m in the joint venture as will NYX following the November 2013 decision by the State of New Jersey to legalise online gaming. The agreement is the first initiative in the group's aim to add an iGaming business division to its online betting activities in the US.Chief Executive Officer Ian Penrose said: "The establishment of online gaming activities in New Jersey represents an important next step in the development of our US business and we are well positioned for future growth across the US as regulation permits. "We have worked closely with Resorts and NYX for a number of months now, and look forward to the planned launch."As of 08:14 the share price had risen 0.74% to 85p.WS
