(ShareCast News) - Snoozebox Holdings said its chief financial officer will step down, as it announced the appointment of a new chief operating officer.The portable accommodation company said CFO Kate Ferguson has decided stand down from her role and will leave the company at the end of December, until which time she will remain as a director.Pending the appointment of a replacement, chief executive Lorcán Ó Murchú will resume overall responsibility for the commercial and finance team and oversee the financial direction of the company.In addition, Snoozebox said it recently appointed Richard Pisarskiw, who has been working with the company for the past 12 months, as COO with management responsibility for operations, hotel services and procurement.Pisarski started his career in engineering and has held senior management posts across a number of sectors.At 1223 BST, Snoozebox shares were down 2% to 9.43p.
