Shares in DQ Entertainment, the entertainment production and distribution company, moved a step closer to their 52-week high Wednesday morning after the announcement of a deal with Noga Communications, Israel's leading independent television content producer and broadcaster.Noga has acquired the Israeli broadcast rights for DQ's animated TV series "The New Adventures of Peter Pan" for a four year period. Terminix, the world's largest professional pest control company, has signed a seven-year agreement to market certain TyraTech products in the US, Canada and Mexico. TyraTech will receive an upfront payment and milestone payments as new products are developed and launched.
