Sector movers: Vodafone lifts mobile phone sector

Mobile phone stocks are in demand, including Vodafone, which has announced plans move its US listing from the New York Stock Exchange to NASDAQ to save on listing fees.Elsewhere in the sector, iPoint-Media, Inmarsat and Getmobile Europe are going well.The health care and equipment sector is a bit off colour, but Tristel is bucking the trend. The disinfectant supplier posted a rise in profits as hospitals continued trying to fight off infections such as Clostridium difficile.
