Scottish Mortgage Inv Trust names new chairman

Scottish Mortgage Investment Trust announced that John Scott will replace Sir Donald MacKay, who intends to retire on 31 December, as chairman of the group.Scott, who joined the board in 2001, will succeed MacKay as chairman of the company and chairman of the Nomination Committee. MacKay was appointed a director in 1999 and became chairman in 2003.
