Schroders Unit Buy 49% Stake In RWC Partners

LONDON (Dow Jones)--Schroders PLC (SDR.LN) said Tuesday that one of its subsidiaries has acquired 49% of the share capital of RWC Partners Limited from existing third party, individual shareholders.
