Schroders Buys Back 45,000 Own Shares

LONDON (Dow Jones)--Schroders PLC (SDR.LN, said Wednesday that it acquired 45,000 of its non-voting ordinary shares at an average price of 1063.322211 pence per share. MAIN FACTS: -The purchased shares will all be held as treasury shares. -Following the above purchase, Schroders holds 2,537,756 non-voting ordinary shares as treasury shares.
