(ShareCast News) - Shares in Rosslyn Data Technologies jumped over 15% early on Friday, after technology group said it had won a £400,000 contract with an unspecified mining group.Under the deal, which will be awarded to the group's data analytics division, the London-listed company will deploy its RAPid platform to manage the mining company's data."We are very pleased to have won this major contract and it represents a brand new vertical for Rosslyn. It further demonstrates the breadth and depth of the applicability of the platform," said group chief executive Charles Clark.Rosslyn shares were up 15.94% to 17.97p at 0854 BST on Friday.
