Urban regeneration group MJ Gleeson said on Monday that its subsidiary Gleeson Homes has sold a 21 acre site in Stamford Bridge, Yorkshire.The London-listed company said it expects the deal to be completed in July this year, although the sale will be recognised in the financial year ending 30 June, adding that it expects profit for the full year to be significantly ahead of expectations.MJ Gleeson shares were up 3.40% to 437.88p at 10:19 on Monday.
