1415 GMT [Dow Jones] Calls for changes on Vodafone's (VOD) board are echoed by a London-based telecom analyst, who cites Vodafone's "lack of any coherent strategy." It comes after the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan called for a revamp of Vodafone's (VOD) board because of concerns about the group's strategy and track record on acquisitions. "My thoughts are that the only way the sum-of-parts discount would be narrowed would be through major changes of strategy and that would need new management including the CEO," the analyst adds.
