Lookers sells Honda dealerships

(ShareCast News) - Lookers has sold three of its Honda dealerships to Vertu Motors for approximately £2m.The FTSE 250 motor retail and aftersales service group announced the sale of the dealerships in Derby, Nottingham and Stockton-On-Tees on Monday.It said the rationale for the sale is that Vertu already operate Honda dealerships in contiguous territories to these businesses.
