Learning Technologies Group chief executive sells shares

Learning Technologies Group's chief executive Jonhathan Satchell increased his stake in the e-learning group on Tuesday.Satchell sold 3m shares at an individual price of 18.5p pocketing a total of £555,000. He now holds a remaining 110m shares.Also on Tuesday, finance director Neil Elton and non-executive director Leslie-Ann Reed bought some shares in the group following a strong order book and pipeline of opportunities for the full year.Elton spent £29,600 buying 160,000 shares for 18.5p each.
