TV and online shopping business Ideal Shopping Direct posted steady revenues in the half year to June 28 after addressing what it described as 'a poor customer experience.'The company, which sells clothes, jewellery and home products on Sky and Virgin Media channels, posted a pre-tax loss of £1.2m, in line with the previous year, as revenues slipped slightly to £47.4m from £47.5m. It said it is now concentrating on improving its product range and promotion strategies.The firm said trading is in line with expectations over the first 10 weeks of the second half, though the 'critical last quarter performance is yet to unfold.'
