Homeserve reaches 2m customers in the US

Homerserve said its US division has reached 2m customers and 3m service plans.The home emergency business said last month that the good performance from its UK and European businesses has enabled them to drive marketing investment in the US.The group added that it is trading in line with expectations and expects to announce its preliminary results next month.Homerserve US has signed three affinity partners this year, which will provide services to 0.2m households.Shares were down 1.04% to 382p on Wednesday at 09:16.
