Shares in Yellow Pages publisher Yell slumped after it warned that it may may need to renegotiate its bank covenants. "As a consequence of increasingly uncertain trading conditions, there is a risk that the group might need to reset its financial covenants with its lenders to avoid a breach of those covenants," it said in its annual report.Meanwhile, chief executive John Condron has decided to waive a bonus of almost £1m. Property group Segro has reached agreement with Brixton on the financial terms of a possible recommended all-share offer, which could be accompanied by the issue of new shares to raise up to £250m. The possible offer for each Brixton share is 1.750 Segro shares. Segro said it currently envisages the offer will be accompanied by a further issue of new shares in order to raise additional capital of up to £250m in cash.FTSE 250 - RisersMcbride (MCB) 124.00p +9.25%Daejan Holdings (DJAN) 1,918.00p +5.15%SEGRO (SGRO) 23.50p +4.44%Halma (HLMA) 183.75p +3.96%Aggreko (AGK) 529.00p +3.62%ITV (ITV) 37.25p +3.47%Mouchel Group (MCHL) 157.75p +3.44%Domino Printing (DNO) 222.75p +3.36%UK Commercial Property Trust (UKCM) 62.25p +3.32%Bellway (BWY) 639.00p +2.57%FTSE 250 - FallersYell Group (YELL) 26.75p -9.32%Enterprise Inns (ETI) 119.00p -7.75%Peter Hambro Mining (POG) 542.00p -6.95%PV Crystalox Solar (PVCS) 84.25p -6.13%BBA Aviation (BBA) 109.50p -4.99%Wellstream Holdings (WSM) 505.50p -4.98%Renishaw (RSW) 367.25p -4.80%Intermediate Capital Group (ICP) 515.50p -4.71%Heritage Oil (HOIL) 491.75p -4.51%Hunting (HTG) 431.00p -4.22%
