US non-farm payrolls data dominates tomorrow's announcements with economists predicting more evidence of a burgeoning US economic recovery.Consensus forecasts are for about 150,000 jobs to have been added last month, following a 39,000 increase in November. But forecasters may have been tempted to adjust their numbers higher after the report from payroll processor ADP on Wednesday. It showed private-sector employers added 297,000 jobs in December against forecasts of a 100,000 rise.Outplacement consulting firm Challenger, Gray & Christmas also said the number of job cuts announced by US companies in 2010 was down 59% on the year before at 530,000. That was the lowest number for any year since 1997, while the 32,000 cuts flagged in December was the lowest monthly figure for a decade. Persimmon's share price has been on a great run since December on hopes that a revival in the house building sector is underway. In November, Persimmon said it anticipates increasing sales revenues by 10% this year and to complete 9,400 homes, an increase of 5%.TRADING ANNOUNCEMENTS Persimmon, Robert Walters UK ECONOMIC ANNOUNCEMENTS Official Reserves (09:30) INTERNATIONAL ECONOMIC ANNOUNCEMENTS Balance of Trade (GER) (07:00) Current Account (GER) (07:00) Retail Price Index (GER) (07:00) PMI Construction (GER) (08:55) PMI Construction (EU) (09:00) Industrial Production (GER) (11:00) Consumer Credit (US) (20:00)
