Experian appoints new non-exec director

(ShareCast News) - Luiz Fernando Vendramini Fleury has been appointed to Experian's board of non-executive directors, the information services group said on Wednesday.Fleury, a current board member of FHV Holdings, has previously held the role of chief executive at a number of Brazil-based firms, including Cetip, Banco Ibi and Redecard."I am very pleased to welcome Luiz to the Board of Experian," said group chairman Don Robert."He has extensive experience in the Brazilian financial market and his insight and deep local knowledge will be invaluable as we continue to develop our business in Latin America."Experian shares were up 1.41% to 1,076.00p at 1536 BST on Wednesday.
