(Sharecast News) - Animal pharmaceuticals developer Eco Animal Health announced on Thursday that non-executive chairman Richard Wood has stepped down with immediate effect.
Eco Animal Health said that since joining the group, Wood had been integral in successfully implementing "significant changes", including the reshaping of its board and its processes.

Chief executive Marc Loomes said: "I would like to thank Richard for his significant contribution and wish him well for the future."
