Directors dealings: Sound Energy boss, non-exec pick up shares

(ShareCast News) - Sound Energy's boss, James Parsons, added to his stake in the Africa and Europe-focused upstream gas outfit.Parsons made off with 44,522 shares in the company at an indiviual price of 67.37p on 16 December, the company said in a statement.The total value of the transaction was £29,994.47.That saw his total stake rise to 1.64m shares, which was equivalent to a stake of 0.25% in the firm's equity.In parallel, Greenbery, an affiliate of Continental Investment Partners, in which Marco Fumagalli, one of Sound Energy's non-executive directors, was a managing partner and in which he held a 25% stake bought 774,387 shares at an individual price of 68.15p.On the day before, Sound Energy said the extended well test at the TE-7 well at its 27.5%-owned Tendrara licence, onshore Morocco, was ongoing and expected to confirm production sustainability and aid field development planning.
