(Sharecast News) - Low & Bonar chairman Daniel Dayan purchased 364,560 ordinary shares in the London-listed building materials outfit on Wednesday.Dayan, who joined the group back in September, acquired the shares at an average cost of 15p each, for a total transaction value of £54,684.Chief executive Philip de Klerk and non-executive directors Peter Bertram and Trudy Schoolenberg also upped their stakes in Low & Bonar on Wednesday.Back in December, Low & Bonar warned on profits and cut its dividend as tough trading conditions during the final quarter were further exacerbated by a fire that disrupted production.Low & Bonar said it was now anticipating full-year underlying profit before taxation and amortisation of around £17m for the year ended in November, down from prior expectations and below last year's underlying profit before tax of £30.7m.As of 1640 GMT, Low & Bonar shares had dipped 0.012% to 16.95p.
