Director dealings: Learning Technologies director ups stake

(Sharecast News) - Learning Technologies non-executive director Leslie-Ann Reed purchased 15,523 shares in the AIM-listed software and computer services firm on Friday.Reed, who previously served as CFO of the B2B media group Metal Bulletin, acquired the shares at an average price of 76.65p each, for a total value of £11,898.38.Back in November, the integrated digital learning and talent management provider acquired the remaining 70% of Watershed Systems following "strong progress" in 2018.It had initially acquired a 30% stake in Watershed on 29 January 2016, for $3m.As of 1600 GMT, Learning Technologies shares were up 0.27% to 76.70p.Top Director BuysLearning Technologies Group (LTG)Director name: Reed,Leslie-AnnAmount purchased: 15,523 @ 76.65pValue: £11,898.38Top Director Sells
