(Sharecast News) - IQGeo non-executive director Max Royde was the only name on the list of buyers amid very thin trading on the penultimate day of 2021 on Thursday.
The AIM-traded company said in its regulatory notice that Kestrel Partners has bought 8,000 shares in the company at 128p each, for a total of £10,240.

It confirmed Royde is a partner and holds a beneficial interest in Kestrel Partners, and is also a shareholder in Kestrel Opportunities, and so is deemed to have a beneficial interest in Kestrel's entire legal holding in IQGeo.

On a combines basis, Kestrel indirectly holds voting rights over 14.95 million shares, or 25.99% of the company's issued share capital, with Kestrel Opportunities holding 10.74 million shares.

Wheaton Precious Metals Corporation, meanwhile, was by itself on the sellers' side of things, with director Charles Jeannes offloading shares in two transactions.

The firm said Jeannes sold 12,500 shares in two equal transactions of 6,250 shares each.

Both transactions saw the shares sold for $42.78 apiece, making for respective values of $0.22m, or a combined total of $0.44m.
