(Sharecast News) - Hargreaves Services revealed on Tuesday that investment vehicles connected with xxx Nicholas Mills had disposed of 800,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed environmental and industrial services provider.
Mills, who joined the board of Hargreaves Services in 2020, sold the shares via his interest in Harwood Capital Management at an average price of 876p each, for a total value £7.008m
Following the transaction, Mills and the investment vehicles connected with him retain an interes in 7.05m ordinary Hargreaves shares, representing approximately 22.96% of the company's issued share capital.
As of 1430 GMT, Hargreaves shares were flat at 880p.
