Dialight illuminates market

LED lighting developer Dialight continues to be positive about its full year figures although there is some weakness in the indication components division. The slow down in the components division was foreshadowed in the interim statement. In contrast, the signals/illumination division is still growing strongly in the period since 1 July. Sales of industrial lighting are growing rapidly and sales of LED strobe lighting for telecom towers in the US have almost doubled. Dialight is even benefiting from increased traffic light sales in the UK. Canaccord was forecasting a 2010 profit of £10.6m prior to the trading statement.
