Derwent London completes private placement funding

Real estate group Derwent London has completed a fixed rate unsecured private placement funding from New York Life.The loan totals £100m, of which £25m is for 15 years at 4.41% and £75m is for 20 years at 4.68%. The funds will be drawn in January 2014. "We believe that this latest financing piece provides long-term debt at attractive pricing," the group said in November. NR
