Business IT and communications services provider Alternative Networks said it is confident that its forecasts for the full year will be met after a 'good performance' in the first half.Alternative Networks said it continued to grow its market share across the group in the six months to March 31st.In the Advanced Solutions division, orders signed in the first half were 25% higher than the previous year on a like-for-like basis, with particular success highlighted in Higher Education.Mobile Network Services saw total mobile subscriber numbers rise 11% year-on-year to 85,700. Mobile revenues during the half were up 7%.In Fixed Line Network Services, line rental revenues reduced as expected and trends have not deteriorated from the previous year, the company said.Meanwhile, the recent acquisitions of ControlCircle and Intercept IT are progressing in line with management expectations, and the integration of both has completed the first stage across the back office.Despite the positive comments, the stock was down 4.6% at 472p by 12:44, following a near-50% jump over the past six months.BC
